Here is an opportunity – a challenge – for us to “pray in one accord”, as the early church did, for God to show us His will.
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday nights at 9:30 pm, there will be Wieucans praying in their own homes, on their knees (if possible), for 15 minutes, “in one accord." We will be praying for clarity, for openness, for a willingness to turn ourselves over to God. We will pray that our “fellowship” – our sense of partnership and communion with God and each other – will be strengthened. We will be praying, quite simply, for God’s will.
Let’s show God that we are serious about building unity and becoming Christ’s body - working together to do His will. Take the challenge!
“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
