If you are registering a child for DivorceCare for Kids, please provide the following information:
If you are registering a child for childcare or DC4K, PLEASE click on the link to the right of your screen to download a permission slip and waiver form for each child. Please fill this form out and bring it on the first meeting of DivorceCare.
Registration Fees: $15 for one adult; $25 for one adult plus one child in DC4K; $5 for each additional child in DC4K
Please make all checks out to Wieuca Road Baptist Church and bring the registration fees to our first meeting, or mail them to: WRBC, 3626 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326.
