*  We believe in providing a comprehensive child development program which facilitates the maximum possible growth and development of each child, socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

    * We believe that young children learn best when the opportunity to learn is provided in a supportive, relaxed atmosphere where individuality is encouraged.

    * We believe that learning takes place best when learning experiences are relevant to the child's everyday life and environment.

    * We believe the work of children is play.

    * We believe it is important for children to develop personal and social values, to exercise reason and to develop the ability to choose and make decisions.

    * We believe that children should be encouraged to develop positive self-concepts and a growing awareness and understanding of all cultures.

    * We believe that children need a physical development program designed to encourage physical fitness, coordination, cooperation, skill development, and sound nutritional practices.

    * We believe that the development of children requires open communication between parent and teacher. Our "Open Door" policy, along with parent/teacher conferences and parent participation, help develop this.

    * We believe that school and home must work together for the common interest and well being of the child.
