While Wieuca herself is made up of members of many different nationalities, we find ourselves in the United States; and we are proud of our country. Members of Wieuca have a long-standing tradition of missional engagement throughout the United States. From Maine to South Dakota, from Hawaii to Alaska, Wieuca has been making a national impact for over fifty years. We have several exciting missions activities coming up in the next year that you may want to join us in.

Help Maria Get A House!

While our Reynosa Mission Team worked to build a house for Caesar, Maria de Jesus and their four daughters, we met a woman named Maria.  Maria has been volunteering for Ministerio de Fey for three years in the hopes of getting a home building for her and her family.  Because of her generous "sweat equity," the ministry is happy to help her build a home.  The challenge frustrating making Maria's dream a reality is that she does not own any land.  Even amidst the acres and acres of refuse, land is not cheap in Reynosa.  A plot of land costs between $4 and $6,000!  This is an impossible amount for Maria to raise on her own.  We, the members of Wieuca's Reynosa Mission Team, ask you to prayerfully consider donating funds to help her get a plot of land.  If you are interested in supporting Maria, please contact Jake Myers at 404.816.4714.  Thank you.
