REQUESTS FOR WEB SITE INFORMATION, MARKETING MATERIALS, AND EVENT-SCHEDULING
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

The following is official Wieuca policy, effective 03/24/2008  


Those on staff or who are members of Wieuca Road Baptist Church who would like to: submit material (on behalf of their particular ministry area) for Web site publication, request assistance in developing marketing materials, and/or schedule an event, must submit the proper form (see below) approximately TWO MONTHS prior to event. This will help keep the web site and church calendar as accurate and user-friendly as possible.

Please use the following guidelines when submitting Web material for your ministry area, coordinating marketing materials, and/or scheduling an event.

You can locate the proper web site info, marketing materials request, or event-scheduling request forms online at www.wieuca.org/orgnec. Once the form has been completed, you may submit any of the forms via the Web site, and it will be immediately emailed to Ashley. Your request will be handled in the order in which it was received with a goal of a two-week turnaround for all new projects.

•    Web Site Information Requests
To have your ministry area’s information updated on the Wieuca Web site ONLY, please fill out the designated form online (see below).  Include contact information, as well as the main selling points you need published.  (Minimum of approximately three sentences, which include: who, what, when, where, why.) Include graphics, logos, or artwork formatted for the Web site. (jpg format is preferred.) If you need assistance from the marketing committee in creating an image for the Web site, see marketing materials request section below. Please submit this request no later than two months prior.

•    Marketing Materials Requests
Do you need help with a new brochure, poster, or banner for promotions? If you are looking for a creative communications tool to help publicize your event or ministry, the marketing team is willing to help you with design and layouts. Please go to and fill out the designated “marketing materials request” form (see below).  Jake and Ashley will deliver your request to the marketing team on your behalf. When you submit your request, please include contact information and other required fields, submit this form online, and please no later than two months prior.

•    Event-Scheduling Requests
If you need to book a meeting space for a meeting and/or need facilities care support, please fill out the “Event-Scheduling Request” form online (see below). Staff and members will be asked to provide the needed information including name, event, date, time, room/location desired, and the purpose or mission of the event, if applicable, in one paragraph. Please submit the content you need for your ministry’s publicity and promotion two months prior to your event; Jake and Ashley will then format and edit the information as needed, coordinate with the church’s marketing committee, and post it on the Wieuca site.

If you have trouble locating any of these forms, Jake or Ashley can email you the link directly. Also, for members who do not have email accounts or access to the internet, we will have hard copies printed and available in the church office. Or, you may call Ashley (404.814.4463).

We need all persons to adhere to these policies, in order to ensure that we have the most efficient information systems possible.
