Do you need help getting ready for our next livestream? Follow the tips below:

1. Determine if you will watch the livestream on either Facebook, YouTube, or here on our website. 

• All sites will go live at approximately the same time.
• We recommend using one of the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. 

2. Close out of any unnecessary tabs, windows, apps, etc. as this may slow down the livestream video. Be aware that multiple devices on your internet network may slow down your livestream.

• (Example: If there are five people in your household and all are watching YouTube at the same time on five different devices, each video may be slower and have a harder time playing than if just one person was watching YouTube and all other devices were off.) Speed is dependent on the strength of your internet connection and how many electronic devices are connected at time.

3. Check that your volume is working. CLICK HERE to view a rain video on YouTube. If you cannot hear the rain, try:

• Checking if your mute button is on
• Checking the volume on the video (Example, your computer volume could be on, but your YouTube video volume may be muted).
• Make sure the audio output (volume) on your device is playing through the correct speaker.

4. Wait for livestream to start. Go back to either Facebook, YouTube, or here on our website and get ready for service to begin!

TROUBLESHOOTING ADVICE

Everyone has different electronic devices and software that they use to livestream, and it can be difficult to anticipate the exact problem you may face when streaming. If these steps do not help, try doing a web search of your device, model, and problem you have. This may help you find an answer. 

• Example: Ben is trying to watch the livestream from his laptop and he cannot hear anything. After checking that his sound was on and the video volume was turned up, he then went to Google and searched, "Dell Inspiron Laptop Sound Problem". Here he found websites that helped him solve his sound problem just in time for service to begin.
